What I do

I look forward to hearing your story and ensuring that whatever grief you are experiencing, you are not walking this path alone, and instead, you can feel supported. It is my honour and privilege to navigate this journey with you.

Our first meeting would be a complimentary introductory 45-minute call, either by phone or zoom, where you can ask any questions and see if we feel like a good "fit." Following this, we can arrange further sessions, meeting bi-monthly, monthly, or according to whatever schedule suits you.

As well as end-of-life transitions, I also work alongside people facing "living losses," which might include divorce, illness, as a caregiver for a terminally ill loved one, or a job loss, supporting you in the processing of life's deeper emotions and challenges. Leaning into my intuition, I will help you discover meaningful moments through the journey, so you may fare well as you say "farewell."

Bluebelle

Why bluebelle? (Aka: hyacinthoides non-scripta)

My favourite Uncle, lived close to a beautiful Bluebell Wood in England, and I enjoyed spending a lot of time with him when I was growing up. Seeing the violet glow of bluebells flowering in the woods during spring has always filled my heart with deep joy. And it was the same for my Uncle. So much so that he named his car, a blue Ford, “Bluebell.”

My Mom placed a beautiful painting of the Bluebell Wood above our fireplace in England. And I find comfort in the thought of a grief journey as a metaphoric walk through the Bluebell Wood in springtime, through a deep carpet of incredible wild Bluebells.

I feel Bluebells might be one of Mother Nature's gifts to heal our hearts and awaken our senses, as they bring a touch of magic to the forest, and my approach to grief coaching is about supporting your connection to your heart, nature, God, or Spirit; whatever resonates most with you.
